This is a work in progress. This post will be updated regularly over the next few weeks to cover the OCR GCSE Computing syllabus. The resources can be easily adapted if needed. Feedback welcome!

These resources are AMAZING. Thank you so much for making them available to the rest of us!! Can’t wait to share them with our Y11s. THANK YOU!!!!

I would like to be able to access the Edmodo quizzes too please – if that is at all possible? If not happy to make the quiz myself by copying and pasting your questions/answers – but could do with the correct answers please just to make sure I’m not putting the wrong answer in!! THANK YOU!

Hi Mairi, can’t see how I get you access to the quizzes through Edmodo… I’ll endeavor to create an answer key to each quiz and get them added to this post!

Would love to put some of these questions on zondle (so everyone can have access). Automatically marked and children can play these in games. Let me know and we can have them all up there by Monday.

I really like these resources and the methodology you are using! Thank you for sharing your resources.

My Y11s have responded so well to these and are really enjoying revising using them. By any chance do you have the resources for Chapter 1- Computer Systems?

    Many Thanks

    These are awesome!

Would you mind if I took the multiple choice questions and uploaded them in the relevant sections here: https://www.diagnosticquestions.com/Questions?CurrentSubjectId=1083&OrderBy=Newest&IsByStudent=False ?

I think there’s huge potential in @mrbartonmaths’s brilliant website – want to get a batch of good quality questions in there asap so that it becomes a useful resource for computing teachers as we run up to exams. Also hoping that seeding it with enough Q’s to make it valuable from the start will encourage others to contribute more questions.

Have a look at the Maths questions to see what a quality resource it could become.

    Cheers,

    Dan

Many thanks for posting these. I’m starting the GCSE computing course next year and these look as if they will be very useful indeed. I’ve never taught programming before so getting to grips with Python is my summer job…!

These are absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much for sharing. However, does anyone have the computer systems stuff as the links aren’t active? And does anyone have the answers for the multi-choice questions? Thanks, Rachael

These are great, but I wonder if we could have any prepared solutions to the questions that are not from the past papers?
